Packaged Services 2014

Discounts are available for packages of five, eight, fifteen and thirty hours if paid in advance. Programs can be customized to client needs to include any listed services. Individual services can also be purchased at an hourly rate. Sample allocations of hourly services are:

“Basic Documents” Program:
Five one-hour consulting sessions:

*Draft résumé that appeals to targeted positions; includes one live hour for information collection, key-word friendly resume construction (billed at two hours) and final editing for client approval (3 hrs)
*Cover letter or LinkedIn profile construction(1 hr)
*Market preparation (career search strategy), tools, tactics and techniques to leverage the Internet, advertised and “hidden” job markets (1 hr)

“Career Focus” Program:
Five one-hour coaching sessions:

*Assessment of interests and preferences to thoroughly define the ideal working environment in terms of coworkers, compensation, lifestyle, upward mobility, company culture, best/worst boss, etc. (2 hrs)
*“Value mining” to uncover transferable skills; the features and benefits of your new professional brand(1 hr)
*Identification of real-life job titles and descriptions that align with identified interests and skills (1 hr)
*Market preparation (career search strategy), tools, tactics and techniques to leverage the Internet, advertised and “hidden” job markets (1 hr)

“Presentation” Program:
Eight one-hour coaching sessions:

*Define campaign strategy components to optimize success in the posted job market; tips to tap into the 70% to 80% of jobs that are “hidden”; development of short- and long-term objectives with gap analysis (1 hr)
*“Value mining” to determine the impact that you bring and what makes you unique from competitors (1 hr)
*Define ideal positions and target market parameters including optimal work environment and demographics(1 hr)
*Draft resume that appeals to targeted positions; includes one live hour for information collection, key-word friendly resume construction (billed at two hours) and final editing for client approval (3 hrs)
